About the Role

We re looking for an enthusiastic

HR Intern /consultant

who is passionate about creating memorable employee experiences and driving a culture of connection, care, and celebration. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our people-first initiatives and help us make work more engaging, fun, and meaningful.

What You ll Do

Support the
design and execution
of employee engagement activities (events, contests, wellness initiatives, recognition programs).
Assist in building
onboarding experiences
that make new hires feel truly welcomed .
Partner with HR team to gather feedback and recommend ideas to enhance employee satisfaction.
Contribute to
internal communications
to keep employees informed, inspired, and connected.
Assist in organizing
team bonding initiatives
(celebrations, cultural events, learning sessions).
Track engagement metrics and prepare reports to measure impact and share insights.

What We re Looking For

Currently pursuing studies in
HR, Psychology, Business, or related fields
.
A natural
people person
who enjoys connecting with others.
Strong
communication organizational skills
.
Creative mindset with a flair for planning events and initiatives.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace ; familiarity with Canva or similar tools is a plus.
