Role & responsibilities

Find the right people fast. Keep HR data clean. Stay compliant on paperwork. Make sure performance reviews happen on time. Own the HR engine so the team can focus on building and selling.

Preferred candidate profile

What you will do (daily)

  • Post jobs on portals, social media, and referrals as per the hiring plan.
  • Screen applications, call shortlisted candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Track each role from requisition to offer acceptance in Google Sheets/ATS.
  • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to move every role forward.
  • Maintain employee master data: personal details, salary, documents, and exit status.
  • Run periodic checks on HR data (joining docs, IDs, contracts, bank details).
  • Keep HR files and folders updated: offers, appointment letters, addendums, and NDAs.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and basic compliance checklists.
  • Coordinate performance review cycles: share forms, follow up, collect, and file.
  • Prepare simple HR reports for management (open roles, joins, exits, and reviews status).

Targets (clear and simple)

  • Recruitment (Time-to-Fill): Keep average time-to-fill at 2530 days for standard roles.
  • Data Accuracy: Maintain 98100% accuracy in HR data (monthly audits and corrections).
  • Compliance: Achieve a 95%+ score in quarterly HR documentation and compliance checks.
  • Performance Reviews: Ensure 95%+ completion of scheduled performance reviews on or before the due date.

What you need

  • 25 years in HR executive/HR generalist/recruitment coordinator roles.
  • Experience handling end-to-end recruitment for non-tech roles (sales, ops, admin, etc.).
  • Languages: English and Malayalam
  • Strong follow-up skills; comfortable chasing updates from candidates and managers.
  • Good with Excel/Google Sheets, email, WhatsApp, and basic HR tools/ATS.
  • Understanding of basic HR documentation: offers, contracts, IDs, and compliance files.
  • 6-day workweek (office-based role)

  • Fixed monthly salary (CTC) based on experience.
