Role Description

This is a remote internship role for an HR Intern. The HR Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management tasks, helping develop and implement HR policies, managing employee benefits, and supporting personnel management activities. The intern will also engage in day-to-day HR activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Personnel Management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Motivation to learn and grow within the HR field
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
