Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign electrical panels, including preparing single-line diagrams, cable schedules, and instrument hook-up drawings using EPLAN software.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets project requirements. Collect, study, and combine rough sketches and initial design ideas from engineers into coherent technical drafts for further study and review by the project managers.Major Role will be for electrical drawings, schematics, component/cable sizing for industrial panels.Prepare comprehensive wiring diagrams for electrical and mechanical equipment according to project objectives, design information and engineering specifications.Check that final technical drafts and drawings include all relevant information in an easy-to-read format, and verify that the calculations, measurements, and units are accurate based on initial design information from engineers.Participate in the design process by supporting engineers and designers, contributing ideas and information and creating rough sketches and diagrams of electrical and mechanical systems on the fly.Based on the information from the site, build As-Built drawings.Work with vendors and customers, review their documents and drawings and incorporate the same in the project drawings.Control Panel Designing.Desired Candidate Profile1-4 years of experience in drafting or design engineering with a focus on electrical/electronic equipment.Diploma Electrical/Electronics or Equivalent with First Class from a reputable institute (e.g., ITI).Proficiency in AutoCAD/EPLAN software; knowledge of other CAD tools an asset.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or Instrumentation Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.).
