Position Highlights:

We seek a dynamic, strategically-minded 3D & UI Designer specialized in creating high-quality 3D assets, interactive UI elements, and real-time visualization interfaces.

This role is more than creative execution; its a strategic position at the intersection of design and industrial automation, directly impacting global industry standards.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping our solutions, bringing complex functional requirements to life through beautifully rendered visual assets, sophisticated UI components, and strategic bulk-design executions.

3D modeling/visualization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Asset Development

  : Create precise, optimized, real-time ready 3D models according to detailed functional and technical specifications for the eTrax 2.0 platform.

• Quality & Optimization

  : Adhere strictly to visual and technical specifications including polygon counts, optimized shaders, PBR textures, and performance standards suited for WebGL environments.

• Bulk Design Execution:

  Proactively handle high-volume tasks, including bulk asset production, design revisions, template customization, and other large-scale design projects assigned periodically.

• Collaboration & Strategic Innovation:

  Work closely with Product Management, Development Teams, and Senior Leadership to innovate, refine, and evolve design standards and visual strategy.

• Interactive UI & UX Design

  : Develop sophisticated UI elements, interaction states, dashboards, widgets, and panels integral to eTraxs interactive user experience.

• Visualization Leadership:

  Actively guide the visual language compliance of various web based solutions ensuring consistent design excellence across multiple dimensions & form factors.

Required Skills

• Foundational knowledge in 3D modeling, visualization, and user interface design—ideally within enterprise software, gaming, or interactive digital platforms.
• Passionate about learning, prototyping, and pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in industrial visualization.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and committed to quality and timely execution.
• Ability to create performance-optimized 3D assets for use with real-time engines like Three.js or similar.
• Ability to interpret technical briefs and translate them into clear, visual design outputs.
• Good sense of Aesthetics and interactive design principles with a strategic, design-oriented mindset that fuses form and function with clarity and precision.
• Comfortable balancing high-detail creative work with repetitive production workflows when required.
• Willingness to question assumptions constructively, advocating for minimalism and user-centric innovation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience crafting interactive UI elements, control panels, or dashboards aligned with modern UX best practices.
• Working knowledge of 3D tools such as Blender, 3ds Max, or Maya, and UI tools like Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with GLB, USDZ, and other web-optimized 3D file formats.
