Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment: Post job ads, screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and assist with background checks.
Employee Data: Update HR databases, maintain employee files, and assist with new hire onboarding/offboarding.
Administration: Handle general office tasks, prepare documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and manage HR records.
Payroll & Benefits: Collect and verify data for payroll and benefits administration.
Employee Engagement: Help organize HR events, training, and communication.
Compliance: Assist in researching HR best practices, labor laws, and company policies.

Typical Requirements & Skills

Currently pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with HRIS software is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
