HR Intern

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for updating our internal databases with new employee information, which includes contact details and employment forms. You will also be tasked with screening resumes and application forms, ensuring that we have a pool of qualified candidates to consider for various positions within the organization. Additionally, you will play a key role in scheduling and confirming interviews with potential candidates, helping to streamline the recruitment process. Furthermore, you will be involved in managing job ads on various platforms such as job boards, careers pages, and social networks. This will involve posting new job ads, updating existing ones, and removing ads once positions have been filled. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently will be essential in this role. This is a full-time position with benefits that include health insurance and a Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is also a performance bonus offered as part of the compensation package.
