    :-    After  2 Months of Internship. Performing Professionals will be      

                Internally absorbed   With a Package of 20K to 30K - Depending on the Role

• CLIENT PLACEMENT

    :-  Excellent  Performers with 1 Year+ Exposure in our Organisation

               Will  be  Placed  in our Client Organisations

Job Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with sourcing platforms, resume databases, and hiring tools
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple clients
• Source, Screen, and Shortlist candidates across various domains
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and clients
• Maintain recruitment databases and generate reports
