HR Intern

Job Title: Internship – HR & Recruitment Support
Location: Meerut (On-site, KPro Research Office)
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Office Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Stipend: ₹3,500 – ₹5,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Intern, you will be guided by our management team and will learn to:

• Post job openings on job portals (Indeed, etc.)
• Make calls to candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct first-round telephonic interviews
• Coordinate and invite shortlisted candidates for final interviews at the office
• Manage joining formalities, documents, and offer letters for new hires
• Assist in internship program coordination for new joiners
• Learn HR operations and the recruitment process step by step

What You Will Learn

• Interview coordination & evaluation methods
• HR documentation and onboarding process
• Practical exposure to corporate work environment

Important Notes

• Internship Letter & Stipend will be provided only after successful completion of 3 months.
• If the candidate leaves the internship mid-way, stipend and internship letter will not be provided.
