Roles and Responsibility Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide support during the interview process. Maintain accurate records of employee data, including performance metrics and benefits information. Support the development of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service to employees, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly. Job Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with HR software and systems, such as applicant tracking systems and performance management tools.
