HR Intern

Job Description: As an HR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by assisting in recruitment, employee monitoring, training, and overall HR management. This internship offers real-world exposure to HR operations and the opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful career in human resources. You will be responsible for various tasks including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, assisting in the hiring process, tracking employee attendance, performance, and engagement activities, assisting in onboarding new hires, coordinating training sessions, maintaining employee records, handling HR queries, supporting administrative tasks, helping in organizing team activities, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
