Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern at Helioster Systems in Indore. The Human Resources Intern will be involved in various HR tasks, such as HR management, policy development, handling employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications
Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.

• Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
• Experience in managing employee benefits
• Personnel management skills
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Relevant coursework or degree in HR or related field

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹5,086.00 - ₹20,703.29 per month
