About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for MBA freshers specializing in HR or candidates with prior HR internship experience who are eager to build a career in talent acquisition and recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Support HR team with daily recruitment operations and documentation.
• Participate in onboarding and other HR-related activities.

Requirements:

• MBA (HR) fresher or candidate with prior HR internship experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Immediate joiner preferred.

Stipend:10k

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
