Job description

As a leading digital marketing company based in Ludhiana, FlymediaTechnology is seeking motivated freshers to join our HR team. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.- Maintain and manage employee records, attendance, and leave policies.- Handle internal and external communication through emails and phone calls.- Organize and maintain files, prepare reports, and create presentations.

To be eligible for this position, you should meet the following criteria:
- Female candidates only- Education: MBA in Human Resources (completed or awaiting results)- Language Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
