As an Admission Counselor, your role and responsibilities will include conducting counseling sessions for walk-in inquiries, following established procedures, and collaborating with the Manager daily for smooth operations and communication. You will be expected to embrace a six-day workweek with dedication, showcase strong English communication skills, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a supportive team environment. Prior experience in coaching or counseling is preferred for this role. The work hours for this position are as follows: - Day Shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm - Evening Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm The salary for this position is negotiable, and educational coaching/institute counselors will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity. The schedule for this position includes both evening and morning shifts, with a performance bonus available. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh before starting work. The work location is in person.
