Admission Counselor

Are you passionate about guiding individuals towards their goals ACL, a leading institution in Spoken English training and Personality Development, is seeking dynamic female candidates to join our team as Admission Counselors for our esteemed branches in Indira Nagar, Lucknow. As an Admission Counselor, your role and responsibilities will include conducting counseling sessions for walk-in inquiries, following established procedures, and collaborating with the Manager daily for smooth operations and communication. You will be expected to embrace a six-day workweek with dedication, showcase strong English communication skills, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills in a supportive team environment. Prior experience in coaching or counseling is preferred for this role. The work hours for this position are as follows: - Day Shift: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm - Evening Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm - Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm The salary for this position is negotiable, and educational coaching/institute counselors will be given preference. This is a full-time, permanent job opportunity. The schedule for this position includes both evening and morning shifts, with a performance bonus available. Candidates should be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh before starting work. The work location is in person.
