Execute end-to-end recruitment processes. Assist with end-to-end recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates. Source potential candidates using various job boards, social media, and professional networks. Help manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience. Manage employee onboarding, including joining formalities, forms, and other registration processes. Maintain employee records, including leaves and attendance tracking. Assist with onboarding processes to ensure new hires feel welcomed and informed. Maintain recruitment data and generate reports for hiring insights.
