HR Intern

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates. Help prepare onboarding materials and assist in the orientation process for new hires. Ensure new employees complete all necessary paperwork and forms. Assist in setting up workstations for new employees. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems. Assist in the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations. Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
