Job Description

As an HR Intern at BOT VFX, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Training and Development initiatives. Your proactive and enthusiastic approach will contribute to the successful execution of learning programs, employee engagement activities, and various HR projects. Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of training sessions. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating training calendars, trackers, and attendance records. Collaborating with internal trainers and external vendors will be an essential part of your role. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of training materials, reports, and feedback analysis. Supporting the HR team in employee development and engagement initiatives will also be a key focus. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of small projects under the guidance of the HR team. To excel in this role, you should preferably be a graduate with an MBA or MSW degree. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for this position. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word is required. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, flexibility with work timings, and readiness to join immediately are qualities that we value in our team members.,
