HR Recruiter (Fresher) Location: FF-25, JTM Mall, Jagatpura, Jaipur Company: Appture Technology Pvt. Ltd. Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday 2nd and 4th off) Salary : 5k to 12k (Depend on Experience) About the Company: Appture Technology Pvt. Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate HR Recruiter to join our HR team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience to start or grow their career in recruitment. Roles and Responsibilities: • Handle end-to-end recruitment process • Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media platforms • Coordinate and schedule interviews • Understand hiring requirements from various teams • Maintain candidate databases and generate reports • Follow up with candidates and hiring managers • Support other HR activities as needed Required Skills: • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Basic understanding of recruitment process • Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, shine, LinkedIn) • Quick learner and a team player • Strong organizational and time management skills Qualification: • Any Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA in HR is a plus) How to Apply: Interested candidates can share their resumes at 📧 join@appturetechnology.com
