Job Purpose We are seeking a passionate intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles through various channels, screening /evaluating candidates, maintaining database as well as supporting one specific business unit with their lateral hiring needs. Please note- This would be 6months paid internship. Key Responsibilities Lateral Hiring: Support one specific business unit with their lateral hiring needs Source, screen, and recommend fresher/experienced candidates for open positions within the business unit. Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, networking events, job boards, and employee referrals, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates. Collaborate with hiring leads and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. Negotiate job offers with candidate Key Competencies Bachelor's / Masters degree in Human Resources or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, and internal stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
