Role & responsibilities Understand the process, risks, and controls framework. Design, optimize and prepare process maps using iGrafx. Ensure all process documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date. Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements in process documentation. Review standard operating procedures (SOP) and supporting documents to ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and adherence to Banks standards. Periodic update of process & procedure documentation. Operational reporting via Workfront. Monitor and track the projects within stipulated timeframes and budgets. Analyze the tasks of a business process and procedure Identify the business rules that apply to the tasks Develop procedures manuals Assess business requirements and make evidence-based recommendations to support process improvements Strong problem solving and investigative skills to undertake analysis, resolve issues/problems related to loans operation Preferred candidate profile 5 -8 years of work experience, preferably in Banking domain Candidate should be open to work in night shifts Strong verbal & written communication to effectively communicate with stakeholders Understanding of Commercial Lending lifecycle Commerce Graduate / MBA (Finance)
