Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases (HRMS).
Handle documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, exit formalities, etc.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly inputs and error-free processing.
Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management processes including goal setting and appraisals.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee engagement initiatives and events.
Support in training & development coordination.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment reports.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PG in HR preferred).
24 years of proven experience in HR operations or generalist profile.
Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
