Employee Assistance: Providing first-line support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of employee interactions, issues, and resolutions. Onboarding Support: Assisting with the onboarding process, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions. HR Systems Management: Managing and updating HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring data accuracy. Policy Explanation: Explaining HR policies and procedures to employees and ensuring understanding and compliance. Benefits Administration: Assisting employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and questions about benefits programs. Leave Management: Managing and processing employee leave requests and ensuring compliance with leave policies. Employee Records Management: Maintaining and updating employee records, including personal information, employment status, and performance reviews. Issue Resolution: Addressing and resolving employee concerns and issues, escalating more complex issues to senior HR staff as necessary. Compliance and Confidentiality: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information
