Job Description

You will be joining Pranathi Software Services Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Generalist based in Begumpet, Hyderabad. This is a full-time position with an experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. Your work shift may vary between Day or UK Shift based on business needs. To be eligible for this role, you should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, you must have at least 3-6 years of demonstrated experience working as an HR Generalist or Senior HR Executive. A strong grasp of Indian labor laws and HR best practices is essential. Furthermore, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HRMS tools. Your role will demand strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
