Job Description

The HR Functional Architect plays a critical role in the design, enhancement, and governance of HR technology solutions. You will bridge business objectives and technical capabilities, ensuring the HR systems ecosystem including SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Kronos, is optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate will blend functional HR knowledge with solution architecture skills, while also guiding offshore teams and contributing to continuous innovation. Key Responsibilities: - HR Solution Architecture (30%): Design integrated, scalable, and sustainable HR technology solutions across the employee lifecycle, leveraging new innovative solutions that integrate with platforms such as SuccessFactors, Kronos, etc. Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. - Quality Control & Team Leadership (20%): Lead and mentor offshore teams by providing clear direction, reviewing deliverables, ensuring documentation standards, and maintaining quality and consistency across configuration and development efforts. - Innovation & Continuous Improvement (20%): Stay current with industry trends and technologies including AI, automation, and advanced analytics. Proactively identify opportunities to modernize the HR landscape, enhance UX, and drive operational efficiencies. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS solutions, with a focus on SAP and Kronos/UKG. - Experience in at least one full lifecycle HR technology implementation or transformation project. - Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver solutions in a global, matrixed organization. - Hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP HCM, SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Talent modules), Kronos (UKG), and integration points between them. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions. - Ability to work across time zones and lead offshore teams. - Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in process documentation, solution validation, and end-user training. Preferred Skills: - Exposure to Data analytics platforms. - Awareness of AI/ML use cases in HR or experience integrating AI technologies. - Familiarity with the chemical manufacturing industry and HR compliance needs. - Understanding of other SAP modules such as FI, MM, or SD is a plus. - Experience working in Agile and hybrid project delivery models.,
