As an HR Intern at ASV Consulting Services (ACS), your role will primarily focus on Recruitment & Talent Acquisition in the IT Services & Consulting industry. You will be an integral part of the Human Resources department, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Actively participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection process. - Collaborate with team members to streamline talent acquisition strategies and enhance the candidate experience. - Assist in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives. - Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. - Support in the onboarding process of new hires and help in their smooth transition into the organization. **Qualifications Required:** - Immediate joiners with a graduate background are preferred. - UG degree in B.B.A/B.M.S in Any Specialization, Any Graduate, B.Com in Any Specialization. - PG degree in Any Postgraduate, MBA/PGDM in Any Specialization.
