Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent for various positions within the organization.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist qualified candidates.
Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Posting: Write and post job advertisements on various platforms.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.
Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and culture to attract potential candidates.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Prior experience in a consultancy environment, particularly in IT recruitment.

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
