Experience: 2-4 Years

Job Location : Rajkot

• 5 Days Working (Mon- Fri)

Responsibilities and Skills:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Enhance and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in performance management processes and employee evaluations.
• Maintain employee records and manage HR databases.
• Coordinate training and development programs.
• Address employee queries and concerns effectively.
• Support organizational development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
