Job Title: HR Executive Experience: 1-2 Years Location: Bangalore Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, induction, and coordination with IT/admin. Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS system accurately. Handle monthly payroll, coordinate with the finance team for timely salary disbursement. Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other applicable labor laws. Generating UAN & ESI numbers and maintain compliance records. Prepare and share monthly reports related to attendance, leave, and payroll. Address employee queries regarding salary, tax, payslips, and statutory deductions. Support in exit formalities like full and final settlements and documentation. Required Skills : Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of payroll processes and statutory deductions Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT). Familiarity with HR software (Saral) will be added advantage. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Qualifications : Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations with a focus on onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance.
