Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide support for desktop/laptop computers and peripherals. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components. Perform hardware replacements including RAM, ROM, SSD/HDD, etc. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems. Knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). and also basic troubleshooting. Basic knowledge and understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Configure and setup, maintenance of networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls, and access points). CCNA-level networking skills to help monitor and troubleshoot network issues. Configure, install, and troubleshoot printers and multifunctional devices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Basic understanding of cloud environments: Azure, AWS, GCP. Familiarity with Windows OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting. Exposure to Microsoft Office 365 setup and user support. Good knowledge of networking concepts and devices (preferred CCNA certification or equivalent knowledge). Experience in printer setup and maintenance. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. *** Its client facing role should be ready to travel within the Bangalore and ready to support 24/7
