Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible not only for full-cycle recruitment but also for supporting key HR operations. This role is ideal for professionals looking to broaden their HR exposure while continuing to lead talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and

onboarding.

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals,

and networking.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling

job descriptions.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Maintain applicant tracking systems (database) and generate reports on hiring metrics.

Coordinate and conduct pre-employment checks, background verification, and offer rollouts

Core HR Activities (30%)

Onboarding, induction & separation process.

Maintain and update employee records in internal database / software.

Support payroll inputs and employee documentation processes.

Contribute to employee engagement activities and HR communications.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
