About the Role:

HR Executive Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• end-to-end recruitment cycle

• bulk hiring

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, references, and databases.

• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage follow-ups.

• TAT closure

• Conduct HR screening and evaluate candidate fitment.

• Support employer branding initiatives & walk-in drives.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication & coordination

• Knowledge of sourcing tools (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn)

• Negotiation and stakeholder management

• MS Excel skills & recruitment reporting

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Qualifications:

• Graduate/MBA preferred

• 0.6 2 years

• Experience in sales recruitment is an advantage
