Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive at Study Palace Hub in Delhi. The HR Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources tasks.

✓ Scheduling The interview with Client & Close Follow-up till the Candidate Join

✓ Document Verification & Maintaining good relationship with Clients Candidates & Resolving their queries.

✓ Sourcing from variousrecruiting channels.

✓ Implement appropriate sourcing strategies for each role. Sourcing of talents - this includes developing Job descriptions, preparing advertisements, screening, short listing, interviewing, validating and processing to the client. (Job Portals, Referrals, advertisements, Social Networking Sites like Linkedin)

Qualifications :

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Employee Relations and HR Policies expertise
• Experience in Human Resources (HR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification is a plus
