Job Description

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the human resources department in various aspects of HR management and operations. Your role will involve recruiting and selecting candidates, managing employee records, coordinating HR programs, and providing general HR support to employees. Responsibilities: - Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. - Coordinate new employee onboarding, prepare offer letters, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires. - Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality, in compliance with laws and regulations. - Administer HR programs such as performance management, employee engagement, training, development, and recognition. - Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and benefits. - Implement and communicate HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance and consistency. - Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending resolutions. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. - Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR. - Collaborate with teams to support organizational goals. - Assist in HR reporting and analytics, generating reports on key HR metrics. - Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; HR certifications are a plus. - Masters in Human Resources Management/MBA. - At least 1 year of HR experience in the overseas education field. - Experience handling UAE clients in staffing and recruitment. - Residence in India highly preferred for HR role. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment. - Strong ethical conduct and professional integrity. - Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes desirable. - Experience with HR analytics and reporting a plus.
