HR Executive

We are looking for a HR Professional with credible work experience in a startup environment (not mandatory) or mid sized consulting or services companies. You will work with senior management and work on building a high performance culture

Job Duties / Responsibilities

Job Role: Work with leadership to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing and retention and plan activities in line. Plan recruitment strategy and lead marketing activities for recruitment across multiple sourcing channels Planning, prioritizing and staffing on time based on operational needs Work closely with the senior management in setting up values that act as guiding principles and moral compass for the organization. Plan and implement processes and initiatives to support the organizations HR compliance Strategize and implement transparent performance management system Design and implement employee engagement from onboarding, 1-1 employee sessions, R&R programmes, celebrations etc Responsible for HR admin activities viz. documentation, payroll data and leave management Facilitate and document monthly reviews for the team Build morale and increase employee productivity

Desired profile of the candidate

Skills & Attributes Human Resource Professional Graduation from a reputed university Excellent English Communication Skills 2-5 years of relevant work experience, in a start up preferred but not mandatory Ability to build culture and be the face of the organization to the internal customers. Effectively communicate and build healthy work relationships with all Comfortable with MS Office and Google suite Demonstrate creativity in problem solving and programme delivery Strong ownership skills Organized, meticulous and process oriented Maturity to maintain professional discretion and confidentiality Amiable and pleasant personality
