Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving end-to-end

    talent acquisition

    processes including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and help identify the right talent
  • Maintain and update candidate and employee data in

    HRIS

    and

    Excel

    for accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Manage employee engagement activities such as team building, social events, and recognition programs.
  • Develop and implement effective employee relations strategies to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate onboarding and exit processes.
