We are currently seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive - Onboarding to work closely with our internal Operations teams in addressing strategic Human Resources-related matters. This role primarily involves facilitating the onboarding process for new hires and acting as the primary contact person for initiating joining formalities. As a Human Resources Executive - Onboarding, you will be responsible for assisting new hire associates with their joining formalities, validating the submitted documents, initiating necessary provisions, collaborating with the Global Service Desk team to set up network IDs, actively engaging with associates during the new hire orientation, and fostering a high-energy workforce that promotes confidence and trust among employees. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a post-secondary diploma or degree, demonstrate strong teamwork skills to provide comprehensive support to the Recruitment function, exhibit a high level of empathy, responsiveness, and relationship orientation, have good email etiquette, possess mid-level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, showcase excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and display strong interpersonal relations skills.,
