HR Executive – 5+ Years Experience

Location: Prahlad Nagar, SG Highway, Ahmedabad
Work Mode: Work from OfficeTimings: 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM
Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 per monthGender: Male or FemaleLanguage: Fluent in English

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and manage HR documentation
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Address employee grievances and manage performance issues
• Assist with payroll processing and compliance
• Ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Good organizational and time-management skills
