Job Description

Role Overview: As an HR Executive, your responsibilities will include Recruitment & Staffing, Attendance & Duty Roster Coordination, Leave Management, and Training & Compliance. In the HR domain, you will assist in recruitment processes, maintain employee records, support onboarding programs, handle employee queries, coordinate HR documentation, manage employee records, and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory norms. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting in recruitment processes such as screening, contacting candidates, and scheduling interviews. - Maintaining employee records and databases. - Supporting onboarding and induction programs for new employees. - Handling basic employee queries and grievances. - Coordinating HR documentation and ensuring compliance. - Managing employee records, including health check reports, indemnity insurance, and contract renewals. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, ESI, EPF, and other statutory norms. - Managing HR administration tasks like contracts, letters, and personnel files. Qualifications Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree preferred - Experience: 1-2 years as an HR Executive in Hotel, Restaurant, or Resort industry - Language proficiency: Required English, Preferred Hindi and Malayalam Please note that this is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
