About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely and quality hiring across different roles and levels. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • end-to-end recruitment process

  • Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting.

  • initial HR interviews

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview processes.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

 

Job Location : Mulund West

 

Preferred Experience

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment (IT/Non-IT).

  • Internship or prior experience in a consultancy/HR firm will be an added advantage.

  • Experience in Customer service / Client relationship / tele-calling and looking to make a career in HR, can also apply.
