As an HR Executive for the Digital and Creative team, your role will involve supporting and managing the human resources needs of the creative media team, including videographers, social media managers, content creators, and video editors. Your primary objective will be to ensure smooth talent management, project staffing, and team development by combining creative expertise with HR best practices. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:** - Manage end-to-end recruitment for creative roles such as videographers, social media managers, content creators, and video editors. - Coordinate interviews, skills assessments, and portfolio evaluations tailored to creative roles. - Facilitate seamless onboarding and orientation for new creative team members. - **Employee Relations & Performance Management:** - Act as the HR point of contact for creative staff, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a positive work environment. - Facilitate feedback loops between creative staff and management to align expectations and goals. - **Project Staffing & Resource Management:** - Track project assignments and adjust team deployment based on workload and skill set. - **Learning & Development:** - Identify and recommend training opportunities specific to creative roles, such as new video editing tools and social media trends. - **HR Operations & Compliance:** - Maintain accurate HR records. - Ensure HR policies are understood and followed by creative teams, adapting policies for creative workflows where necessary. - Manage freelance/contractor onboarding and compliance. - **Culture & Engagement:** - Foster a collaborative, innovative, and inclusive culture within the creative teams. - Organize team-building activities and creative showcases. **Key Requirements:** - Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Media Management, or related field. - 3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably supporting creative/media/digital teams. - Familiarity with roles and workflows in videography, social media management, content creation, and video editing. - Strong understanding of creative portfolios, project-based staffing, and freelance contracting. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
