Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Executive to join our team, with a primary focus on Performance Management and Learning & Development (L&D). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing performance evaluation systems, as well as developing and executing L&D programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational and interpersonal skills to drive employee development and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities: Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage the organizations performance management system to align with business goals. Develop and update performance appraisal tools, KPIs, and metrics to evaluate employee performance. Facilitate the performance review process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and year-end appraisals. Collaborate with department heads to ensure fair and consistent performance evaluations. Analyze performance data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on effective performance management practices. Address and resolve performance-related issues in collaboration with managers and employees. Learning & Development (L&D): Identify training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and consultations with department heads. Design and implement L&D programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills training. Source and manage external training providers, e-learning platforms, and workshops. Develop and maintain a training calendar to ensure timely delivery of programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization. Manage the L&D budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of programs. General HR Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures related to performance and development. Maintain accurate records of employee performance and training activities. Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management and L&D. Collaborate with the HR team on other HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience (2-5 years) in HR, with a focus on performance management and L&D. Strong knowledge of performance management systems and tools. Experience in designing and delivering training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in HR, L&D, or related fields (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
