Job Title:

HR Intern / HR Executive

Location:

Mumbai (Only candidates from Mumbai will be considered)

Salary:

₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Stipend (if applicable):

₹5,000 – ₹15,000 per month

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Intern/Executive

to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment and a keen interest in Human Resources operations, particularly within the

F&B and salon industry

. This role is perfect for someone who has completed HR internships and is looking to grow their career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
• Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and shortlisting candidates
• Coordinating onboarding and induction processes
• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assisting with F&B and salon-specific hiring requirements
• Collaborating with the team to improve recruitment processes
  

Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 6 years of experience in HR or recruitment
• Previous HR internship experience preferred
• Experience in F&B and salon hiring is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
