Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, Designers, QA, etc.) and Sales roles.
• Create and post job listings on portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial HR rounds and ensure smooth candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Assist in onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Support HR operations like attendance, employee engagement, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT & Sales hiring preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of hiring platforms and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
