HR Executive - Hotel

Graduation / PG / MBA

Exp - 3 years to 6 years in Hotel / Restaurant industry

• Prefer Kota based male candidates from Hospitality sector
• Knowledge of Computer system / MS-Office / Email
• Knowledge of HR systems & processes
• Knowledge of Recruitment & Selection, Job portals
• Monitoring of existing manpower and gap analysis
• Knowledge of Attendance, Leave, Payroll systems & processes
• Knowledge of PF / ESI and other Employment Laws
• Experience of Office Admin and Management
• Preparing daily, weekly. monthly reports and variance
• Submission of reports with full accuracy & within time
• Controlling the collected attendance data and entry in payroll system
• Reconcile employees' records and update details in their accounts
• Handling follow up for long absent / sick cases / disciplinary matters and notices / letters issue
• Performance monitoring of Hotel Staff and Employee Connect
• Preparing CV database, scrutiny and forwarding to Hotel Manager
• Coordination with Internal cross functional departments / Head-HR / Hotel Staff
• Coordination with Recruitment Agencies
• Good in verbal / written communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kota, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
