As an HR Executive at our company, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the HR department. You will be responsible for implementing effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract potential candidates. Understanding the hiring requirements of hiring managers and coordinating with them for scheduling interviews will be a key part of your daily tasks.
