HR Executive (Fresher / Interns)

We are seeking highly motivated MBA (HR) professionals to join our team as HR Executives/Coordinators. The role involves managing recruitment, employee engagement, customer/employee relations, and HR operations.

Candidates with strong communication skills and customer relationship abilities are preferred. Housewives and candidates with a career break who wish to restart their careers are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for employees and customers, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for HR-driven branding activities, events, and employee/customer engagement programs.
• Support recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Build long-term customer relations by assisting in queries, feedback collection, and service follow-up.
• Plan and implement employee engagement and motivation activities.
• Assist in performance reviews, training, and development initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, databases, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with management on workforce planning and people strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kazhakuttam, Kerala: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
