HR Executive for Indore location (2 years of experience required)

This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Indore. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing HR operations, handling employee relations, developing and implementing HR policies, and overall human resource management. Your tasks will include recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. We are looking for immediate joiners who possess qualifications in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) skills. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR operations and developing HR policies, strong skills in employee relations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
