Job description Position: HR Recruiter (Work From Office) Location: Street No. 7, C Block, Bhajanpura, Shahdara, Delhi – 110053 Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000/month + Incentives (up to ₹2,000/month based on performance) CTC: ₹1.5 LPA – ₹2.0 LPA (including incentives) Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM Weekly Off: Sunday Joining: Immediate Note: Only apply if you are ready to work from our Bhajanpura office location. Our mission is to build strong, motivated teams that drive results for our clients. About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our Bhajanpura office. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end hiring, onboarding, and performance monitoring of telecaller teams, ensuring monthly targets are met efficiently. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for telecaller and support roles. Post job listings on job portals and social media platforms. Source, screen, and interview candidates. Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and documentation. Track attendance and performance of new joiners. Ensure telecaller teams achieve daily and monthly targets. Required Skills Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Interviewing & Onboarding Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills Team Management & Motivation Time Management & Organizational Skills Eligibility Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to close 15+ hires per month. Local candidates near Bhajanpura, Shahdara preferred.
